Fair and transparent guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Principle

Because Gigolo.VIP operates as a non-profit organization facilitating direct connections, the primary financial transactions occur directly between the client and the companion. Platform usage fees are nominal and generally non-refundable.

2. Platform Fees

Any membership, verification, or premium placement fees paid directly to Gigolo.VIP are non-refundable, except in the case of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges or if your account is erroneously suspended within 24 hours of payment.

3. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations of bookings are subject to the individual cancellation policy of the companion. Clients must review and agree to the companion's specific terms before finalizing a booking. Generally, we recommend:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund of any deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.

4. Disputes Resolution

If a companion fails to show up or if there is a severe breach of agreed terms, Gigolo.VIP provides a mediation service. If fraud is determined, the offending party will be banned from the platform. However, Gigolo.VIP cannot forcefully reverse external payments (like cash or direct crypto transfers).

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for a platform fee due to a technical error, please contact our support team at support@gigolo.vip within 7 days of the transaction, providing your transaction ID and a description of the issue.
